- Lewa to Masai Mara scheduled flights may be routed via Wilson Airport, depending on passenger loads.
- A child (12-17 years old) in their own room will be charged the single room rate.
- Single travelers may be charged an excess if there are no other passengers booked on their internal flight.
- A 10% circuit discount has been applied for 6+ nights at Elewana properties.
- The minimum age for guided bush walks is 16 years old.
- There is a baggage restriction of 15 kg on all internal flights, in soft bags.
