You are met on arrival in Nairobi and transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay and trip briefing.

You fly by light aircraft to the first camp and begin your safari. Kenya’s flagship reserve and the northern stage of the Great Migration — outstanding big-cat density and, from roughly July to October, the famous Mara River crossings. Game drives run morning and afternoon.

Day 9: Fly from Tanzania to Entebbe
Complete the confirmed regional flight connection to Entebbe and overnight before the Bwindi sector.

Day 10: Transfer or fly to Bwindi
Travel to the Bwindi region using the confirmed domestic flight and road transfer plan.

Day 11: Gorilla trekking permit day
Complete the permitted gorilla trek with Uganda Wildlife Authority guides. Trek duration and sightings are not guaranteed.

Day 12: Bwindi community or forest activity
Use a second Bwindi day for a confirmed community, birding or forest activity.

Day 13: Return to Entebbe
Fly or drive back to Entebbe according to the confirmed operating schedule.

Day 14: Departure from Entebbe
After a final morning you transfer to the airport in Entebbe for your departure flight.
