It is designed for travelers who want the southern migration season without making every other destination a token stop.
Ndutu remains the seasonal focus, while central Serengeti adds reliable resident wildlife and Tarangire broadens the habitat range. Rain can change roads and daily plans, so the private guide retains flexibility throughout.
8-Day Ndutu Calving & Green-Season Safari takes you through Tanzania's most celebrated national parks. Each day is a different landscape, a different wildlife encounter.

How is this different from the five-day Ndutu safari?
It adds Tarangire, central Serengeti and a broader route while retaining three nights focused on Ndutu.
-
Does rain ruin the safari?
Rain creates the green-season conditions that support the southern herds. It can change roads and daily plans, but guides adapt routes accordingly.
-
Is this good for photography?
Yes. Green landscapes, dramatic skies and newborn wildlife can be excellent. A lower vehicle occupancy can be quoted.
-
Can we fly out from Serengeti?
Yes. The route can be redesigned to finish at an operating airstrip, subject to flight schedules and baggage limits.
